Tom is a dual-qualified chartered surveyor, across both Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying. He passed his RICS APC first time and now sits on RICS APC panels as an assessor and chair – experience he brings to every mock. Tom works with a wider team of chartered surveyors.
How a mock works
1. Free 15-minute call
FreeA short video call to check we’re the right fit, confirm your pathway and assessment session, and agree a date for your mock.
2. Mock final assessment
QS/BSTwo chartered surveyors read your Summary of Experience, Case Study and CPD record in full, then run a 60-minute mock interview to the RICS format, followed by 30 minutes of detailed feedback.

Every mock assessment starts with a free 15-minute video call. It’s a chance for us both to check it’s the right fit – we’ll hear about your pathway and assessment session, and you can ask anything about how the mock runs.
Pick a time in the calendar – calls run on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings, Sydney time, and are shown in your own time zone.
